Summer Flash Call

From now until May 15, 2016 we’ll be reading flash fiction for the Summer 2016 issue of Psychopomp Magazine. It’s completely free to submit, and you can send us up to three short pieces at once. For this call, we’ll be defining “flash” as a piece fewer than 1,500 words in length, so if you have previously unpublished work that fits the bill, we’d love to read it. Simultaneous submissions are welcome, though please notify us as soon as possible if work you submit becomes unavailable.

Curious about our next reading period for stories longer than 1,500 words? We’ll open to fee-free submissions for stories of all lengths once we begin reading for fall, so keep an eye out for an announcement in the coming months.
